NYFW's Spring 2014 collections from major designers focused on bright colors paired with pastel neutrals and bold prints and textures. As we transition from the brutal NYC winter into the effervescent Spring, it leads me to wonder if everyone's closet is as Spring ready as it should be. Not quite sure if yours is or isn't? DVF's Spring 2014 collection featured this masterful mix of prints on a flared tank silhouette that has safari chic written all over it. Pair it with a bright bag and black shoes to draw attention to the dress. To add a little more flare to the outfit try to go bright with the shoes...a nice royal blue pump or orange and tan wedges. Werk!

Texture

There was an audible gasp when Naomi Campbell strutted down our Spring runway in this very same mini dress. What Will (or Won't) Rihanna Wear?

Today the fashion icon decided that a shirt wouldn't be necessary for her trip out to Giorgio Baldi restaurant. Instead she opted for a Isabel Marant jacket, Givenchy ruffled skirt, Manolo Blahnik Margolotta boots and of course bundles upon bundles of hair draped along her bust area. I guess this is one of the many reasons why the pop star received the CFDA Fashion Icon Award. Go 'head RiRi.

I thought I'd get a little "raunchy" for my last find. This hat is perfect for the rain because who really wants to spend hours perfecting that hairstyle for it only to get ruined by mother nature. So this hat is for those "IDC" moments. Dress it up or dress it down and no one should ask you why you're wearing this hat because it clearly speaks for itself. (P.S. I follow this clothing line on Instagram and this young lady has a lot of cool items!!)
